It is not yet clear if Meta will offer PSVR 2 support as a free upgrade to owners of the game on the original PSVR, or if it will be sold as a separate purchase. The release date for Beat Saber on PSVR 2 has not been announced.

The new PSVR 2 headset is set to launch on 22 February and will cost $549.99 / €599.99 / £529.99. It will be accompanied by a range of other games, including Gran Turismo 7, which will be available as a free upgrade.
